This image looks like a line drawing, but it is a watercolor painting. It was created by painting the same portrait several times and leaving out a little more each time. What is left is a few black lines and a little bit of color. Actually, it is up to the viewer to "fill in" the rest of the female face themselves. This also keeps the painting a bit mysterious, since we cannot see her eyes, among other things.
I made the painting with watercolors. Real handwork in other words! The original is 40 x 50 cm, but the nice thing about a print is that you can choose any size and material you want.

The painting consists of the following colors: white, light blue, dark blue, red, pink and black.
