The three white residential towers on the Boompjes (Clipper, Schoener, Galjoen) were designed by Klunder Architects. The towers are 70m high and consist of 24 floors with 112 homes per tower. The four-storey substructure contains shops and restaurants on the Boompjes, offices, a parking garage with 221 parking spaces and the storage facilities for the apartments. The three towers form a unity through the identical design and common substructure. Individually the towers are recognizable by the neon lighting at the rear in the colors red, yellow or blue.
