About ‘Red deer in the Weerterbos’ by Ton Beerens

Weerterbos Covering a total area of almost 800 hectares, the Weerterbos is the largest contiguous area managed by Het Limburgs Landschap in Central Limburg. Dry and damp woods, fens, wet grasslands and small heaths make up the area. Red deer roam here, a unique sight in Limburg. Four walking routes criss-cross large parts of the Weerterbos, allowing you to discover the area’s special qualities. On three of the routes, you will also pass the observation tower, which offers a magnificent view of the area. Red deer can also be spotted there regularly. The yellow route allows you to ‘peek over the fence’ at our Brabant counterpart, as it runs partly through its grounds. The Weerterbos is part of the UNESCO Man- & Biosphere Reserve KempenBroek and a Natura 2000 site, giving it the highest level of protection in Europe.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
