The Patrol Vessel ship Port of Rotterdam RPA 13 was built in 2002 and flies the flag of the Netherlands. The Port of Rotterdam Municipal Port Authority ship is used for the Port of Rotterdam Authority's incident response vessel and is also used for firefighting, oil spill response and casualty transport, among other things.
