About the artwork

How photogenic they are, the beautiful full peonies. My wife loves them, so it's not surprising that they can often be found here at home...

The peony stands for wealth and honor. It also radiates romance and love and is sometimes seen as a good omen of happiness and a good marriage. In addition, with their meaning of love, they are also often given when couples have been married for 12.5 years.

Peonies - they can live up to 100 years and still produce flowers - give pleasure for a very long time. So. This, of course, is also the principle of love. Love gives pleasure until death do us part.

The peony gets its name from an ancient Greek legend. It is named after a student of Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine and healing. Asclepius became jealous of his student and therefore made his life miserable. When Zeus realized this, he saved the student (Paeon) from his master and turned him into a peony. Although the peony represents love, its origin is certainly not a love story.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
