I took this photo in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For my work, I was allowed to go this way and in advance I had marked a number of locations to photograph and a shot of the Petronas Towers was among them, of course. Anyway, go ahead and take an original photo of this, which is quite difficult. Besides, it's so crowded, it's actually impossible to take a photo without people or other "disturbances" ruining the picture.
So, my 100-400mm was the solution for this photo in this case. This allowed me to zoom in well on the details of the beautiful building. Because it was already evening, the building was beautifully lit. After taking several shots, I was able to return to my hotel to make a preselection to work on at home.
Because at home, I process 99% of my photos because I have access to a large screen, a fast desktop and a Wacom drawing tablet to quietly edit my photos so that they are suitable to hang on your wall. My first idea was to make it a monochrome version but in the end I opted for a colour version because I think the green of the windows really adds something to the whole.
