Patrouille Acrobatique de France 2018.
The Patrouille Acrobatique de France, best known as Patrouille de France, is the aerobatics demonstration team of the French Air and Space Force, officially established in 1953. A military demonstration team was first flown in France back in 1931, then under the name of Patrouille d'Étampes.
The beautiful and colourful show of the Patrouille de France is performed with a total of 8 Alpha Jet jet trainers.
The Alpha Jet is a light attack fighter mainly used as an advanced training aircraft by the French, Belgian, Cameroonian, Thai and Portuguese air forces. The Alpha Jet was developed by French Avions Marcel Dassault-Breguet Aviation and German Dornier. The aircraft has been in service since 1977.
