Just before the restoration, I had the opportunity to capture this photo of the Lower House building and the prime minister's turret in the famous blue hour. In doing so, I struck a nice balance between the blue tones of the natural light and the warm tones of the lamps that illuminate the building. Notice that the turret is not highlighted? Wondering why they do it that way....
