On an autumnal afternoon, just before sunset, I took the panorama of the windmills at Kinderdijk. A few cows and geese are still walking in the meadows.
The sky is really typical for this time of year. Soft hues, due to the sunlight, reflect beautifully in the wide ditch.
This really is Alblasserwaard at its finest. And from this side, you won't encounter the many tourists who visit our famous Dutch mills every year.
