Greetsiel is a small harbour town on the Leybocht in western East Friesland, Germany. Greetsiel has a picturesque village scene and is by far the most touristic place in the Krummhörn. Apart from tourism, Greetsiel lives from shrimp fishing. Greetsiel belongs to the municipality of Krummhörn in the north-west of the German state of Lower Saxony.
