About the artwork

The Gollinger watermill, picturesquely situated by the rushing Schwarzbach stream, is a fascinating testimony to past craftsmanship and a popular photo motif in Salzburger Land. On the way to the imposing Golling waterfall, visitors come across this charming relic from a time when water power determined daily life. It was once part of a whole ensemble of mills that ground the grain of the neighbouring farmers. Today it has been decommissioned, but the sight of it is still inspiring - nestled in a wild and romantic forest with moss-covered stones, crystal-clear water and birdsong.

The mill is just a few minutes' walk from the car park. Its wooden shingle roof, weather-beaten beams and large water wheel look like something out of a fairy tale. Surrounded by ancient trees and accompanied by the steady murmur of the stream, a special atmosphere unfolds here - ideal for nature lovers, photographers or those seeking peace and quiet. The scenery is particularly atmospheric in the soft morning light, in the autumn leaves or after a rain shower, when mist drifts through the trees.

The Gollinger watermill is more than just a pretty photo motif: it is a place to pause, marvel and dream - a small but significant treasure of traditional building culture in the midst of a natural Alpine backdrop.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
