A single moment between night and light - and yet a whole world within it. Your gaze falls over the still waters of the remote lake at Myrkulla Lodge, reflecting the Northern Lights as if the sky itself had descended. The rustic blueberry hut by the lake looks deserted, but not lonely - as if it had been waiting for this very night to witness a celestial miracle.
Here, far away from any light pollution, the darkness was complete - until it was broken by the dancing green of the aurora. Nature is silent, man marvels. Every detail - from the reflection in the water to the delicate gradients of light in the sky - was deliberately captured to capture this atmosphere.
It was a wonderful night in the silence and solitude of northern Sweden's nature.
The place where this photo was taken speaks of simplicity, tranquillity and the power of the moment. It is an image that is not loud, but one that lingers for a long time. In a quiet room, as a large-format print or on an elegant photo panel, it unfolds its meditative effect. The landscape format is particularly suitable - this allows the scenery to spread out, just as the light did that night: completely still and yet overwhelmingly beautiful.
