About the artwork

Where did you come from? Where can you go? Are there any more questions then? I try to give mind-storms a place in the form of an (art) work. On the border of Groningen and Friesland lies the Lauwersmeer, where you can find watchtower De Reiddomp. From the watchtower, you can enjoy extraordinary vistas, rugged reed beds, the Lauwersmeer and, on a clear day, Schiermonnikoog. This wilderness was the inspiration for this work of art. A landscape was created with coarse brushstrokes of paint. An impulsive expression on canvas. Flooded land with vegetation. Rough water. A green horizon with a cloudy sky above it. This work of art will appeal to every nature lover. What makes this work of art special is the rough way of painting. The relief gives an extra dimension. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
