Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Mystical ruins in the Black Forest’ by KRAB

An enchanting atmosphere envelops these mystical ruins deep in the Black Forest. The abandoned buildings seem almost enchanted, shrouded in a hint of mystery. The trees whisper secrets, and the stones tell stories of days gone by. In this tranquil place, time seems to stand still, and nature carefully preserves the magic of the decayed past.

During my many walks through the Dreisamtal, you often come across weathered and abandoned barns. These dilapidated buildings formed my inspiration for this work.

Conceived by KRAB, visualized with AI.

What if your wall had something to say?

Not with decoration you stop seeing after three months — but with art that does something to you. That makes you turn around when you leave the room. That whispers as you pass and speaks when you stop.

I'm Karina, the image brewer behind KRAB. I work with photography, AI, and Photoshop — not as a trick, but as craftsmanship. The technology is the brush. The soul is mine.
