About "Morning dreams at Gorishoek"

About the artwork

One dreamy morning I stood at the end of the pier in Gorishoek on the Oosterschelde , on the beautiful island of Tholen in Zeeland . The world around me was shrouded in a soft sky, with subtle pastel shades slowly giving way to the warm light of sunrise . As nature awoke, the landscape turned into a true painting.

With my camera set to long shutter speed photography, I captured the magical play of light and water. The rippling water took on an almost silky appearance with the longer exposure, making the tranquillity of this moment even more intensely palpable.

The silence was almost tangible. Only the gentle lapping of the Eastern Scheldt and the calls of a few birds filled the air. I breathed deeply the fresh air and felt every worry slip away from me. This was such a perfect moment to clear my head for a moment and become completely absorbed in the beauty of nature.

Gorishoek in the heart of Oosterschelde National Park is a place where time seems to stand still. A sunrise here is not only a visual highlight, but also an experience that you feel in your soul.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
