Miniature boho desert in a glass sphere with pampas grass and sand dunes

by TheXclusive Art

Miniature boho desert in a glass sphere with pampas grass and sand dunes – this artwork captures a small piece of the desert inside a glass sphere set on a wooden base. Undulating dunes in warm terracotta and sandy beige stretch across the sphere, whilst on the left a plume of pampas grass rises high and on the right dry stalks and dried flowers protrude from the sand. Above it all stretches a dark starry sky full of tiny golden specks of light. The boho atmosphere is captured in the materials and colours. The fluffy pampas grass, the dried grasses and the patches of moss along the edge lend the whole piece a natural and warm feel, whilst the soft terracotta tones of the sand complement this beautifully. The glass captures a broad reflection along its upper edge and curves in line with the dune’s slope, making the landscape appear to fold inwards. The wooden plinth at the base completes the piece and reinforces the impression that you are looking at a carefully crafted piece of jewellery. Those warm earth tones set against so much darkness give the piece a luxurious, understated look. In a bedroom, living room or reading corner, it blends effortlessly with a naturally styled interior.

Anyone who loves the boho style, dried flowers or images in which an entire landscape fits into something small will find a print here that brings a sense of calm. A desert night that lasts forever.
