About ‘Message from heaven (part 2)’ by Ellen Weidenaar

I always cycle by feel to locations in my home area. During my bike ride for this photo, I was talking in my mind to my father who passed away years ago and I asked him to help me and perhaps give a sign that he was still with me. After a short bike ride and a short walk to the Buytenpark in Zoetermeer. After my first photo with the clouds breaking open, I walked to the highest point of the hill in this park. Still looking at the clouds breaking open, a rainbow appeared to my right. I had not photographed a rainbow before and on that evening there it was, my second post.

On 6 January 2021, on that day at the age of 39, I got the best medicine, as everyone knows it, for the setbacks in my life. My first camera. I was introduced to passion, drive and creativity. This I knew only from words but had never seen in myself before. My love for animals and nature has always been great. I found comfort, love, humour, wonder and connection. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
