About ‘Main Tower Hoorn’ by Framed by Elisabeth
The Hoofdtoren is one of the last surviving defences in the North Holland town of Hoorn. Its construction makes it look a lot like a castle. The Hoofdtoren is photographed here from the jetty and the clouds give the scene the atmosphere of a painting. Some houses of the Hoofd and Veermanskade are also visible.

Hi, I'm Elisabeth and addicted to photography. I travel all over the Netherlands for beautiful pictures. Most of my work is made in the Netherlands though.... I also visit England regularly so there might be something from that country too!
