About the artwork

The picture shows a lively scene in Ilm Park in Weimar. In the foreground, people are sitting and walking on an expansive lawn, embedded in a green park landscape. The Ilm Park is part of Weimar's classicist landscape park and was largely designed by Goethe. The Weimar City Palace in the background is a central building in the city's history and was the seat of the Dukes of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach for centuries. This combination of nature, everyday life and historical architecture was my inspiration for this picture.

I wanted to create an atmosphere that shows the interplay of culture and public life - a place where history is not a museum but comes alive. The image conveys a sense of openness, community and cultural continuity.

In an interior, this work brings a balanced mix of urban vibrancy and historical depth to the space. It is particularly suitable for rooms that want to visualise a connection between nature, culture and everyday life.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
