Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.

About ‘Lilienstein (Saxon Switzerland / Elbe Sandstone Mountains)’ by Thomas Bugdoll

I am at the western end of the Lilienstein and have a view of the Elbe valley, Gohrisch and the Wettin obelisk at the top of the Lilienstein.

The Lilienstein is one of the most striking mountains in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains in Saxony. It is the only table mountain on the right bank of the Elbe and is the symbol of the Saxon Switzerland National Park.

A flat plateau, almost vertical rock faces, a wooded base and open country all around. The 415 metre high Lilienstein is a striking sight. From up here you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the entire Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
