The photo shows an impressive panorama of Liège, which emphasises the city's modern architecture. The "La Belle Liégeoise", a chic pedestrian bridge, leads into the picture and connects the Guillemins neighbourhood with the Parc de la Boverie. The long exposure makes the Meuse appear smooth and velvety, focussing attention on the imposing architecture.
