Liège-Guillemins Station (French: Liège-Guillemins) is the main railway station of the city of Liège. The station is located at the end of several railway lines. In terms of passenger numbers, it is the tenth busiest station in Belgium and the third busiest station in Wallonia, after Ottignies and Namur (passenger number 2009)[2].
The station is named after the Guillemins district in which it is located. This district is in turn named after the monastic order of the Wilhelmites, who founded a monastery there in 1287. (source: Wikipedia)
