Between Zevenhoven and Noorden lies the Groene Jonker nature reserve. An area of lakes and reeds that provides shelter for (water) birds and insects. This lemon pendulum fly, had to Google it for a moment, is examining a road thistle. They stand out nicely against the green reeds. I did take this photo from a distance so that the fly stayed quiet. Luckily it was windless for a while otherwise focusing would be a challenge.
