The lapwing flower is a small bulbous plant that blooms early in the spring. The little flowers have a beautiful white/purple loft pattern. Closed, the flowers look a little bit like the eggs of a Lapwing if you don't look at the color. They also grow in the places where the Lapwing breeds. Funny is that this flower is named in English after a snake, namely snake's head.
