"Juvenile Yellowtail Damselfish Portrait, Bonaire" photograph was taken at the Oil Slick Leap dive site in Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands. These fish are everywhere on the reefs of the Caribbean and can be seen darting in and out of dark crevices in reef rubble. Only a few inches long, their beauty and amazing polka-dot coloration can sometimes be missed. They are lightning fast which can be a challenge for photographers. Their nickname "Jewelfish" is well earned.
