Hydrangea in bloom (AI) (pink big flowers, garden, summer, nature, beautiful) by Natalie Bruns

This work focuses on the hydrangea. A flower that symbolises gratitude, beauty and abundance. The painting shows a flowering pink hydrangea in all its glory, supported by fresh green leaves and a second flower still hidden in soft shades of green. The composition exudes the natural balance between growth and impermanence, light and shadow.

If you look closely, you will discover subtle nuances: the transparent play of sunlight on the leaves, the slight discolouration at the edge of the petals and the gentle blending of colours that gives the whole a dreamy depth. The shades range from bright spring green to hot pink and golden yellow, giving the work a fresh, summery feel.

The mood is calm and optimistic. A moment of stillness in a garden full of life. This painting brings calm and sophisticated colour to any interior, from a bright living room to a natural workspace. It suits lovers of gardens, flowers and the outdoors, as well as those who long for a touch of serenity in their homes.

My love for nature inspired me to create this work. The basis of this painting is a photograph I took myself. A moment of pure wonder in the garden. Using AI, I converted this shot into a watercolour painting, preserving the softness of light, colour and leaf texture. This created a painting that celebrates not only the beauty of the hydrangea, but also the serenity and focus of the moment in which the photo was taken.
