Our cottage overlooked a large flat piece of land with only grass and a few stray bushes, accessible only at low tide. To my feeling, that location was ideally suited for hunting owls and or harriers. That feeling was confirmed on the second day when I saw a hunting short-eared owl. Despite the many days with rain, this encounter made this holiday for me UNTOUCHABLE!!!
