About "Herbs & garlic - Mediterranean variety of flavours"

About the artwork

This motif presents young garlic bulbs in their full splendour: some whole, others cut to reveal the juicy, white layers. Fresh sprigs of thyme and bay leaves twine between them, lending the whole a spicy, Mediterranean flavour. The dark, rough background allows the violet-white tones of the garlic and the lush green of the herbs to shine intensely, while fine details such as the wafer-thin skins and leaves create an almost tangible texture.
I am inspired by the quiet power of such compositions: Nothing is staged, nothing exaggerated - and yet you can already feel the scent of olive oil, roasted vegetables or freshly baked bread in your nose as you look at them.

The light makes the botanicals shine without making them appear garish. A touch of naturalness is retained - which is exactly what makes this picture so cosy and yet of such high quality.

This picture fits perfectly above the dining table, in cafés, spice shops or in kitchens where people cook with love. It is a delight for all the senses - just on a visual level.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
