When the heather blooms, usually between late August and mid-September, it is a photographic feast.
It is not the easiest plant to capture beautifully and that is why I prefer to work with a vintage lens (Helios 40) because of its beautiful bokeh.
For this photo, several shots were superimposed.
Since the digital developments, my interest in photography has regained momentum - I am from the slide era.
Now I also work a lot with vintage lenses...very fascinating...
