About "Golden Pinecones"

About the artwork

During a holiday to Austria, I came across these beautiful pine cones early in the morning, the beautiful sunlight that was there gave an extremely special moment to take this beautiful photo.
That is why I chose the title The dawn has gold in its mouth, it really pays to go out early, maybe it is also a matter of being in the right place at the right time.

Because the position I was in was slightly higher than the pine cones, I took the photo from the ground to be on a par with the pine cones. I also took the photo so that there was a plant right in front of my lens to get the misty effect in the photo and therefore the focus comes more to the pine cones which are the focal point of this photo.

This was one of the first photos I took during this holiday, I was very happy with the result and it was the beginning of a holiday in which I took many more great photos.

I am William van Dijk and live in Krimpen aan den IJssel.

During a vacation in the Czech Republic I came into contact with photography, that same year I bought my own camera and started photographing.

I prefer landscape photography and occasionally some macro photography.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
