Getting lost in an old city is a combination of warm colours that come together using a watercolour technique. The image shows an old city in the summer evening sun. In the street, you can see silhouettes and shadows of people.

Holidays are always a good source of inspiration. Thinking back to Valencia in Spain. That's how I picture it when I think back to one of the streets where the sun is just coming around the corner and playing with the colours. The feeling of daydreaming in a strange city with strange people. Standing still for a moment in the warmth and antiquity.

The use of different rich colours that blend into pastels makes this painting suitable for any space. Living room, study, kitchen or office.
