This winter woodland scene looks as if it came from one of the books of Anton Pieck. It has a distinctly graphic and storybook like quality to it, which is my greatest source of inspiration. Snow covered these small gnarly oak trees and with the background hidden in dense fog, this scene looks like a frozen fairytale
