About "Four tulips on yellow surface with round stones"

About the artwork

These four faded tulips are part of a long-term art project. The chosen composition is a fixed factor in this project. In March 2018 I placed the four tulips on a screen printing frame. In order to fix the chosen composition I temporarily placed stones on it. These stones come from Wales, found 35 years ago. Stacked together they form a small tower. With my camera on a tripod I made a series of photos right above the composition. I chose one of them. The photo has been cropped so that the metal edge of the screen printing frame is no longer visible. In photoshop I then further edited the image. I put the screen printing frame with the tulips that had blossomed away for a long time. In the summer of 2018 it was time for the next experiment: pouring this composition (without stones) on the silkscreen frame filled with casting resin. I completed the work of art in March 2019. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
