This picture of a small ice floe on a lava beach was taken near Jokulsarlon in Iceland. During low tide, the current carries these floes from the glacier lagoon to open sea. Then at high tide, they wash upon shore. Getting up early morning is however required to witness this incredible scenery, between three and five o'clock you will find the ice floes on the beach.
