I like to go out during the "blue hour". The blue of the sky can provide a beautiful contrast with lights of buildings and/or traffic. On an April evening, I visited the IJssel bridge near Doesburg. Here I liked the combination of nightfall and the lights of passing traffic. A slightly slower shutter speed did the rest...
