Enclosed land between floating continents? It just might be. The viewer has the freedom to translate this abstraction into an image recognisable to him, and that is precisely what makes it so interesting. For me, the art is to navigate between a multitude of formal and colour materials to achieve a result that is acceptable to me. The image is composed of many photographic layers, which, when processed, always have a varying effect on each other and, after some time, reach the right moment when I decide to stop.
