Close-up photo of a completely dried-out thistle flower. With the brown colour and cool background, it is clearly visible that the colourful summer is really over in November. In this photo, I mostly tried to capture the details in the flower.
What I personally love is the pattern on the bulb and the tiny details that are razor-sharp. A single dewdrop and spider thread show that it is the cool and spooky autumn.
This photo was taken in my village on an everyday walk along the construction site of a new neighbourhood. It shows that even in those places, nature does not let itself be stopped from creating something beautiful.
