About ‘Domburg vibes’ by Carin Captures

One of my favourite coastal towns is Domburg.
I have become quite a fan of Zeeland by now. It has lots of beautiful water landscapes. Of course, the Netherlands is really a water country, and I find myself more and more often at the edge of the shore or on the coast. When I see that reflected in my photography, it also calms me down.

The sunset was very mysterious this day. It had been a very warm August day, so of course I was standing in the water with my bare feet and tripod. I tried to use a slow shutter speed, and was afraid the seagulls on the poles would balk at that. But they remained very calm - they too were enjoying a warm sunset.

Many of my works have shades of purple, pink and blue. These are also my favourite colours. Of course, you can't always pick these in nature, but it's extra nice when the sky lends a hand!

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
