Tips for use

On the coast close to Jökulsárlón is Diamond Beach, where ice blocks from the glacial lake wash up on the jet-black sand. In the sunlight, the pieces of ice glisten like precious gems. The contrast between the clear ice and the dark lava sand is spectacular.
