About the artwork

An illustration of two cute zebra finches in a convex shape. The left bird is a male and the right one is a female. The little birds are sitting on a branch with pink blossoms. The blossoms are also shown in the background, making the picture playful and decorative.
The beaks of the birds touch each other as if kissing.
Dese illustration is made in vectors, which gives this image a drawing-like and bright character. The background is a soft colour gradient from light blue to light green.

The Australian-origin zebra finch is a small songbird. It is a widely kept captive caged bird.
The animal makes sounds that sound like "trumpet-like humming", with the male making small melodies of this sound. The males learn the song from their father. If that father is no longer around, they may also learn it indirectly through brothers who could learn it from the father
The complexity of zebra finches' song appears to be related to their intelligence; this can be measured by the number of syllables per song. The more complex the zebra finch's song, the better the bird seems to be able to solve problems, such as finding food in a test environment. Some studies show that males with more complex songs are also found more attractive by females.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
