Cross at the Willersalpe in the Hintersteiner Valley by Walter G. Allgöwer

In the wide expanse of the Hintersteiner Valley, the cross at Willersalpe rises majestically against the bright blue sky, a symphony of wood and sky that lifts the soul. On this enchanting June morning, scattered fair-weather clouds drift across the firmament like delicate brushstrokes, as if tenderly caressing the infinity of the horizon.
The cross, a silent symbol of faith and hope, is enthroned on a green hill, surrounded by lush alpine meadows that dance like green waves in the gentle wind. The scent of fresh hay and wild flowers fills the air, while the sun's rays bathe the landscape in a golden light that warms the heart and tantalises the senses.
Against this majestic backdrop, the panorama of the Allgäu spreads out like a painting, its colours reflecting the diversity and beauty of nature in all its splendour. The snow-capped peaks of the Alps rise proudly on the horizon, while the rolling hills and valleys are lost in an endless interplay of light and shadow.
It is a moment of stillness and pause, in which the soul takes flight and thoughts ascend to the stars. Under the cross at the Willersalpe you will not only find a place of peace, but also a connection to something greater that towers above us all and fills us with its infinite beauty and wisdom.
