Birds in general are fascinating and inspiring. The special thing about birds is that they can fly. And birds are also beautiful to look at. They often have beautiful feathers with various patterns and colours.
There is one species of bird that particularly fascinates and inspires me and that is owls.
Owls have large eyes that can keep a close eye on everything, especially at night. These big eyes are often also beautifully coloured.
And what is then also handy is that an owl's neck can turn all the way around. How turning an owl's neck is anatomically possible is certainly a feat of nature!

I combined the photo of the owl on the t-shirt with a photo of a large stone with a special structure. Digitally, this combination was further developed to create a colourful owl artwork. A dynamic artwork in bohemian style with associations to indigenous peoples, such as the Indians or the Incas.
I see making art as a creative process.
The starting point of this process for me is always a photo or a painting of my own. Every work of art on this site is therefore based on a self-made photo or painting.
I find my sources of inspiration in everything around me...
