About "Colour mist"

About the artwork

The picture shows how violet, purple and pink ink sinks from top to bottom in clear water. The ink forms soft, cloud-like structures with fine, fibrous extensions. The colour transitions are fluid, creating a visual depth that draws the eye into the picture. The movement appears calm and lively at the same time - a moment of transition, captured in its fleeting form.

The inspiration for this work comes from observing natural diffusion processes. I am interested in how colour behaves in water - how it dissolves, spreads and forms unpredictable, organic patterns. The creative process was experimental and required a precise sense of light, perspective and the right moment.

The atmosphere I want to create with this painting is calm, clear and open to interpretation. It invites you to pause and engage with the interplay of colour, structure and space.

The message lies in the flow - in letting go, in visualising change.

In interior design, "Farbnebel" acts as an expressive yet restrained accent. It brings depth, lightness and a gentle dynamism to modern, minimalist rooms.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
