A moment can be seen in which colour slowly dissolves in the water. The movement is soft and organic - fine streaks spread out, condense in places and dissolve again in others. The colour gradients appear to be almost floating, as if the colour is lost in space without completely giving up its structure.
The idea for this work arose from an interest in transitions - in processes that do not clearly define either a beginning or an end. I am fascinated by how colour behaves in a medium like water when it does not meet surface but works in depth. It's about visualising change without judging it.
The atmosphere is calm, almost meditative. The picture invites observation without telling a concrete story. It conveys a feeling of detachment, of a state between form and dissolution - a visual pause.
In interior design, this work works particularly well in clearly designed, modern rooms. It brings depth and movement without being loud. The abstract design language makes it versatile - as a quiet accent or as part of a series with similar imagery.
