About the artwork

Dark blue dramatically threatening storm clouds gather above the still calm water level of the Wadden Sea. The last sunlight is just poking through the cumulus clouds as evening begins to fall over the immense expanse of the Wadden.

The dynamics of these landscapes change every moment and are unique in the world. The image captures the character of this area in its simplicity and drama. By using filters, a beautiful natural contrast is created with the sun's rays of the sunset and the dark cumulus clouds.

The Wadden Sea and the Zeeland delta are the large areas in the Netherlands where the influence of the tide is very clearly visible. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
