A city view of a historic part of Breda. From the Catharinastraat a view through the city park Valkenberg in the direction of the Begijnhof and the Waalse Kerk on the other side. The sun casts its first rays beautifully along the walls of the Begijnhof. While it's a bitterly cold morning, the early sun gives the scene a warm glow. The streets are still empty, creating a stilled view. A lovely primeval Breda picture that does not look out of place on the wall!
