Large Buddha statue at the Wat Mahathat temple at Sukhothai Historical Park, Sukhothai, Thailand during sunset. Sukhothai was the capital of the kingdom of Sukhothai. Now only ruins remain. At the temples, however, prayers are still being prayed by the local population.
