About "Blue hour at Eastpoort in Delft"

About the artwork

on a beautiful summer evening , july 3th 2016 , I shot this photo during a peaceful windfree blue hour evening. It was pretty clear wheater so the colors were pretty deep blue.

The Eastern Gate (Oostpoort) is the only city gate staying in Delft, in the Dutch province of South Holland. The others were destroyed in the 19th century. This Gate is a good example of Brick Gothic northern European architecture, which is developed around 1400. Around 1510 the towers were improved with an extra octagonal flooring and high steeples.
The Oostpoort includes a water gate and a land gate that are linked by remains of a city wall.
Today the structure is utilized as an art gallery and a home.
The surrounding Oostpoortbrug dates from 1514 and, like eviction itself, is likewise a national monument.
In Huis ten Bosch amusement park in Japan, you can discover a reproduction of the Oostpoort and the surrounding drawbridge.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
