Black-and-white photograph of the inside of the hall of Arnhem central station

Arnhem Central Station is the central station of the city of Arnhem, the capital of the Dutch province of Gelderland. The station is an important junction in the eastern Netherlands and in railway traffic with Düsseldorf (D), Utrecht, Zwolle, Nijmegen, Tiel and the Achterhoek region. It is also a transfer point for urban and regional transport in the middle of Gelderland. The present station building is the fourth station in that location. This building, designed by Ben van Berkel, was completed in 2015. Arnhem Centraal was the 14th largest station in the Netherlands in passenger numbers in 2016, with approximately 40,000 embarking and disembarking NS trains per day (not counting passengers of other rail carriers).

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
