Beethoven – The Symphony on Her Back by Peter Pen Drawings and Paintings

Old Masters with a twist, golden-brown tones and warm candlelight, a classical portrait featuring musical notes, a living room and a music room

An unexpected encounter between classical music and painting. Beethoven leans intently over the back of an elegant lady, immortalising the famous opening notes of his Fifth Symphony. The dramatic candlelight, her pearls, richly decorated gown and Beethoven’s intense gaze lend the scene the grandeur of a classical painting, whilst the absurd situation adds a subtle touch of humour. A unique work of art for lovers of Beethoven, classical music, historical portraits and art with a sense of humour. The warm shades of gold, cream and brown make this wall decoration atmospheric and elegant. A real eye-catcher above the sofa, in the living room, study or music room, and an original gift for any music lover.
